One of the world’s preeminent independent music companies, Saban Music Group, has fortified the executive team of the recently launched Saban Music Latin by hiring Liz Leyva as Vice President of Latin Marketing and Cristobal Brito as Senior Director of Latin A&R. With these moves, Saban Music Group has assembled a staff comprised of world-renowned, respected, and proven Latin music hitmakers.
Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Leyva has held executive positions at Universal Music Latin Entertainment, NBC Universal, and, most recently, Sony Music US Latin. During her stint at the latter, she notably ignited the success of powerhouses such as Becky G, Natti Natasha, Jennifer Lopez, and REIK. She also powered various Diversity and Inclusion programs.
Born in Puerto Rico, Mr. Brito co-founded Good Family Group, which managed top producers and songwriters such as Latin GRAMMY® Award winners Jon The Producer, Palace, and more. He has logged extensive experience in A&R and publishing, serving as the Director of Publishing for Rimas Publishing.
Ms. Leyva and Mr. Brito will spearhead a new era of Latin artists alongside Saban Music Group C.E.O. Gustavo Lopez and report to Saban Music Latin EVP and General Manager Alejandro Reglero.
