SEIDY CARRERA RELEASES THE DANCE SINGLE "ENJOY THE RIDE" FEATURING RAFA AVILA

AFTER A NEAR FATAL CAR ACCIDENT, SEIDY RETURNS STRONGER THAN EVER

Cuban singer, actress & dancer Seidy Carrera releases her latest single “Enjoy The Ride” featuring Venezuelan producer and DJ Rafa Avila. This dance hit is completely in english and speaks about positivity and enjoying life to the fullest, without looking back while we are here on this earth.

In 2010, Seidy was invited to play an important role in the show “Celia, Su Musica, Su Vida, Su Leyenda”, honoring legendary Cuban singer CELIA CRUZ, at the Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami. The show that had functions in Spanish and Spanglish had a run of two months. Her role was one of the most difficult, because we all know Celia as an amazing singer and celebrity, but few know about Celia in her daily life, which was the role Seidy had to play, and it took long hours of studying Celia in order honor her essence as an artistic and spiritual woman who was very original.

In 2011, Seidy participated in “Viva La Diva” a contest that would showcase singing, acting and dancing, in the show Sabado Gigante of Univision, during four months. She was also the winner of two previous dance competitions in Sabado Gigante and also on Estrella TV in Los Angeles.

In 2014 two days prior to releasing her first single and music video, she has a near fatal car accident that landed her in a coma for over a month. Her family was unsure whether or not she would make it, but her strength and will to live allowed her to recover and come back stronger than ever. Her current single “Enjoy the Ride” gives honor to this terrible incident, by looking at life in a more positive manner and enjoying every moment.

Venezuelan DJ & producer Rafa Ávila who is signed with Peer Music, is an integral part of “Enjoy the Ride”, and brings a very unique touch, being that his specialty is creating interesting sounds, fusioning genres. Rafa has worked with artists such Corina Smith, Andrea Lacoste, Nigga Sibilino, among many others.

Together, Seidy and Rafa have created “Enjoy the Ride” a perfect song for clubs and for followers of dance EDM music everywhere.
