| Saban Music Group (SMG) and International Superstar, Pitbull Released today a new version of the inspiring hit “I Believe That We Will Win (World Anthem).” Mr. 305 kicked off the Thombs Remix with an introduction and performance at the Univision’s 2020 -21 Upfront virtual ceremony on June 16, 2020, where the company unveiled some of the titles that will integrate its programming for everything related to sports, news, and entertainment.
“Being able to have a platform where I can speak about the culture and express my love for the community is very special to me. I have much appreciation and respect, and I want to give thanks for the understanding, believing in us, and investing in us,” said Pitbull.
The lyrics which summarize the feelings of the current reality we are living in and hope for the future, align with the media company’s message and fit in that narrative – of investing and rebuilding.
The original song and video, which were released earlier this year and premiered on Good Morning America (GMA), has already garnered over 6.5 Million views on YouTube and gained much attention after a group of New Jersey health care professionals made a video showing they believe that we will win over COVID-19. The encouraging message of hope and faith, designed to invoke the sense to “stay healthy, stay focused, stay strong, stay educated and blessed,” has evolved into a cultural message for the 39-year-old entertainer.
