Mimi Rose co-wrote the song “Gracias X Eso” with Pedro Capó and Salomé Camargo. With the assistance of the well-known Puerto Rican singer, the song finally took on its ultimate form, although Mimi and Salomé had originally meant it for social media content. “I must admit that editing the video we made with Salo took a long time, and it was never posted, but I really enjoyed the melody and the sense of empowerment it gave me, and the pre-chorus stuck in my head.” Mimi says. Months later, I began performing it in Pedro Capó’s house, and we started rearranging it, with incredible results, always keeping the essence.” With an R&B and soul flavor, it is performed in Spanish and has a simple yet incredibly harmonic instrumental design. The song came to life as a result of the fantastic collaboration with seasoned musician Noel Schajris, who added his magical voice, piano and set up the vocal harmonies for Mimi’s song.
