Casimiro Rodriguez Jr., was introduced at an early age to Latin Soul music and
Salsa while it always played at home. His love for percussion instruments was
obvious from a very early age. He started singing salsa coros at age of 15 working
his way through the circuit up to lead vocalist. His forte became that of a lead
singer and ultimately band leader for bands such as Orq. Nissi, Cleveland Salsa
Allstars, Conjunto Carimbo, La Elite, and La Formula.
While his first love is singing, Casimiro is also well-renowned for his composing
talents as well. He has worn many hats of the years within the industry which
fueled his creativity and expression not only as an independent artist, but as a
mentor, producer, arranger and composer.
His passion for music and his desire to discover and mentor new talent has led
Casimiro to found and create Bea4Real Music Company, which was launched in 2016.
Bea4RealMusic Company, a name inspired by his wife, Beatriz, originated from the need within the industry to create an independent platform on which Casimiro could showcase other upcoming independent artists that have demonstrated extraordinary talent and
promise. His hope is to provide the opportunity for talented artists to be heard, share their talents and be appreciated by Salsa-lovers across the globe.
