BREAKTHROUGH URBAN LATIN STAR KHEA ANNOUNCES GLOBAL DEAL WITH INTERSCOPE RECORDS

RELEASES NEW SINGLE “DONDE ESTAS”
ACHIEVES OVER 1.5 BILLION YOUTUBE VIEWS & OVER ONE BILLION STREAMS
RECENTLY SIGNED TO ELECTRIC FEEL MANAGEMENT, MAKING HIM THEIR FIRST LATIN MUSIC ACT
Tallying over a 1.5 billion YouTube views and renowned for solo smashes as well as high-profile collaborations, rapidly rising Argentina-born Latin Urban star KHEA signs to Interscope Records worldwide—as announced today.
Following a massive 2019, he affirms his status as a leader in Latin America’s urban movement with the high-profile deal. Additionally, he proudly represents a new vanguard of Argentinian acts.
This stands out as the latest in a series of power moves for the singer, rapper, and artist. Last month, Electric Feel Management—the powerhouse responsible for Post Malone, The Black Eyed Peas, Louis Bell and Frank Dukes—welcomed him as a client and as the company’s first Latin act, in partnership with manager Austin Barmak.
To celebrate the big news, KHEA releases a brand new single and video entitled “Dónde Estás” as his debut for Interscope Records. This urban-infused ballad was produced by The Honeyboos.

It arrives hot on the heels of his appearance on the remix to blackbear’s multiplatinum smash “Hot Girl Bummer” last month.
“KHEA’s star-power is undeniable,” says Nir Seroussi, EVP of Interscope Records. “He brings an attitude and swag that our market hasn’t seen before. He’s got the potential to be a global disruptor.”
At only 19, KHEA remains one of the prominent artists of the Latin American trap explosion. His leap to fame came with the release of the single “LOCA” in 2017. Boosted by the remix alongside international superstar Bad Bunny, the video surpassed a staggering 700 million YouTube views. It paved the way for a string of other hits such as “Vete” (183 million views), “Se Motiva” (136 million views), and “Como Le Digo” (103 million views), which serve as proof of his growing
popularity across the region.
“KHEA caught my attention early on because of his versatility” says Jerry Pulles, Latin Music Programmer for Apple Music. “His sound is very interesting, crossing borders not only culturally, but also musically. Definitely an artist to keep your eye on this year.”
In 2018, KHEA played over 100 sold-out shows in Argentina and quickly became a staple in the global festival circuit, having performed at Lollapalooza (Chile & Argentina), Tomorrowland, Tinderbox, Smash, Wireless, and other major events. In 2019, he signed with agency WME and was one of only three Latin artists to participate in Europe’s main festivals.
Up next, he will play a string of shows, including Colombia’s La Solar, as well as opening up for Anuel AA at Chile’s Movistar Arena in March.
Watch his rise accelerate in 2020.
