Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico in 1986, Anthony Torres, also known as Anthony T, moved with his familiy to California in 1991. Since music runs deep in his family roots, at a very young age Anthony began to show a brilliance and natural talent for the art.At only 14 years of age, he could play 6 instruments: saxophone, clarinet, french horn, trumpet, tuba and keyboard.At this age, he was also participating as a vocalist with his father in a local Latin band. When he reached the age of 16, he was inspired, passionate and determined to become a professional recording artist. Currently residing in Houston, Texas, Anthony gives all credit to his father for influencing him with the love for Latin music.
Early in his professional career Anthony joined the group Kingz One and quickly began getting recognition for his strong, unique powerful voice as well as his undeniable charisma on stage and with the public. He later joined with Jesse Fonseca as co-lead vocalist for the Tejano/Caribbean hybrid group 24Kilatez. Still, Anthony’s ambitions and aspirations were to reach much further in his journey as a soloist.
In 2013, Anthony decided to go back to his roots and began working independently on his first Bachata Album.
With the help of Bachata Producer/Songwriter Eunel, who has worked with artists such as Henry Santos, Karlos Rose, and some of the biggest names in Salsa such as Hector Manuel Rivera from Tabaco Y Ron,
Anthony hopes to score his first ever Latin Grammy Nomination as well as win a Grammy in the upcoming years.
His first single, a cover of Obie Bermudez’ hit “Antes” continues to create a buzz on various radio stations throughout the US and abroad.

Anthony recently joined forces with super star-Grammy nominated producer Latin Will (Will Villalona) for a fresh, spanish Bachata take on
John Legend’s hit “All of Me”, titled “Todo De Mi”.
Anthony Torres’ single “Todo De Mi” has had incredible success and is being played nationwide as well as worldwide, in countries such as:UK, Italy, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Spain, Japan, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and many more.
Recently, Anthony was booked for 2 sold-out concerts in Poland as he gears up for his media and promotional tour and completes his album due early next year 2017.
