Bronx born David Millan began his musical roots at an early age playing trumpet and singing in his church band. Rooted in NYC, he was exposed to many genres of music. Among those were, Salsa, R&B, Disco and Rock among others. During the Salsa explosion under Fania Records, David became aware of this and was immediately drawn to it. During that time he was influenced by many great artists, such as Hector Lavoe, Pete ”El Conde” Rodriguez, Ismael Miranda, Cheo Feliciano, Cecilia Cruz and many others. David began a base of supporters/fans early in his career. Appearing at parties and local clubs in NYC. His artistic talent was extended to singer/songwriter and musical production. David has recorded and performed as lead vocalist as well as back up vocalist both locally and internationally. David recorded with Johnny Ray (Salsa Con Clase), Ernie Acevedo (Conjunto Imagen), Ray Castro (Conjunto Clasico). He also sang as backround vocalist, such as Estremera, Nino Segarra, Hector Tricoche, David Pabon, Ray De La Paz, Pedro Conga and many others! Now he joins us to bring you an incredible lineup.
