LATINOS UNIDOS RECORD POOL REGULATIONS

New Rules Effective March 2, 2009

1) You Must PICK UP Your Product once a month on the first Monday of the month between 11am & 7pm only. For Mail Outs Only! If you don’t get your product within 4 days of mailing call us ASAP.

2) If you don’t have your feedback with you, don’t bother to pick up. We will not give you the product. Also both sides of the feedback should be filled out properly. (AR-Audience Responses & DJR-DJ Responses) For those who don’t know how to fill it out, just call us and we will be more than happy to help you.

3) We will charge a late fee of $20.00 to all DJ’s that pay after the 1st of the month. For Mail Outs Only, we don’t go by the date of the check. We go by the date of the Post Office Meter. If your check says the 1st and the stamp says the 5nd, it is late! Also any checks returned have a $25.30 fee added to it.

4) All Meetings are mandatory. If you can’t make it, you must call us 2 days in advance.

5) DJ’s that pay by credit card must fill out the form completely and it must be under your home address, home phone and your name. If your Credit Card declines and goes through after the 1st then we will add the late fee.

6) If you change clubs, address, phone numbers,etc…you are to call us give us the updates right away. Failer to do so will result in your membership being terminated.

7) DJ’s PAY AS FOLLOW:
Pick Up Dj’s : $70.00
Digital Only Dj’s : $50.00
Mail Out Dj’s : $80.00
International Dj’s: $90.00

We accept Credit Cards (Mastercard & Visa Only), Money Order, Certified Check, & Cash Only.
